Where in the World are Larry Page and Sergei Brin?
The recent fiasco of Google and its failed launch of Gemini, its long-waited Large Language Model, has raised questions about what's happening at Google.
For many people, the story is about a company obsessed with left-wing political dogma to the point that it cannot ship good products. For others, it's a mix of that and the lack of leadership of the current CEO.
An organization doesn't become like this overnight. The question is, where have Google's founders Larry Page and Sergei Brin been all these years? Why all the effort to retain control of the company even if not owning most of its stock, if you are going to turn a blind eye to its lack of leadership?
Google has no cash problems yet. Far from it. There is still time to turn the ship around.
