Fully committed
I recently heard the following statement in a meeting: in our process, before we can send a quote to the client, we must be sure that the company leadership is truly commited to follow through the process. So, we spend generous time upfront to come to an understanding with said leaders about their expectations and the needs of the company.
Reminded me of Derek Siver's Hell Yeah! or No. Of course, this holds true also for personal goals. (This is compatible with not trying to maximize every aspect of your life.)
